Diana comes from a family of property developers - her father founded Croudace, a large residential development company. Diana acquired Maybrook Properties in 2002 as part of a reorganisation, since then the value of the portfolio has trebled. Diana’s sons, Alexander and Dominic, are also directors and shareholders.

Gareth joined Maybrook in 2006. He previously worked with Rotch Property Group, REIT Asset Management and as Property General Manager for the Fairgate Group. Gareth has experience in development, sales, purchases and funding of all property sectors acting for both employers and third party funds.

Chris re-joined Maybrook in 2024 bringing over 20 years’ experience in commercial property asset management. Previously at the listed REIT Palace Capital and Cushman & Wakefield , Chris has a proven track record of developing and executing complex value-add business plans. Chris also has a depth of knowledge and experience in development, L&T, Property Management and Agency/Leasing.

Premila joined Maybrook in September 2023. She has over 30 years’ experience in finance, based in various industries. Her previous rolls have included working for residential, service apartment and commercial property owners, Legal, IT, Financial and commercial sectors.
