It has been an extremely busy few months across our estate at Newton Abbot. We are delighted to confirm that three of our long term tenants; B P Tyres, SMC Seat and QH Car Wash have renewed their leases and following a relocation with Nama Fitness from Unit D4 to Unit A2 we even welcomed back Harrier LLC to Unit D4 who previously rented this unit 4 years ago. We must be doing something right! This brings occupancy across the estate to 100% and sets new record rents!
