26 Mar Coffee time at Kingsteignton
Unit A1, Kingsteignton Trading Estate, Newton Abbott
Following successful change of use Starbucks has opened at Kingsteignton Trading Estate, Newton Abbott. This is the first food & beverage offering at Kingsteignton and will transform the front of the estate. Converting a dated industrial unit into a modern coffee shop was challenging from a planning and structural perspective. Both landlord and tenant are very pleased with the result!
