Business Plan: Value Add (reversionary, short WAULT 1-3 years, vacancy, unrefurbished, development, asset management intensive.
NIY: 6%+

Core

Lot size: £5 – £20M
Asset Type: Multi-let and portfolios
Geography: London, South East & South West
Sector: All sectors with a preference for student, medical, multi-let industrial / trade counter and logistics.
Business plan: Long term, fixed increases / reversionary, light refurbishment.
NIY: 5.5%+

Residential Development

GDV: £4 – £10M
Type: 100% Open Market detached and semi-detached.
Location: £350+ per sq ft end value with a preference for desirable provincial towns/cities.
