Gareth joined Maybrook in July 2006. He previously worked with Rotch Property Group, REIT Asset Management and as Property General Manager for the Fairgate Group. Gareth has experience in development, sales, purchases and funding.

Martin joined Maybrook in September 2007 having previously worked with both private companies and multinational PLC’s. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions, exit strategies, the complexities of maximising returns on property and their associated financial and legal issues.
