Requirements

Maybrook is primarily seeking to acquire development, refurbishment and trading opportunities.

The following criteria provide an indication of the present requirements

• Development sites with/without consent
• Refurbishment opportunities
• Lot size of between £2 – £6 million
• All commercial sectors
• Established locations – preferably south east locations
• Higher yields preferred to reflect the nature of the type/level of the project
• Multiple and short term tenancies
• Properties with surplus land
• JV schemes – particularly where majority pre-lets have been secured

We will acknowledge and pay fees for all genuine introductions from retained and non-retained agents and we welcome introductions made using the Propex Property Information Exchange.
