Completed the purchase of two warehouse/datacentre units totaling 115,433sqft. There is a secure income of £650,000 p.a. with uplifts from the tenants, Virgin Media & Swiss Post, who have lease expires in 2026 & 2024 respectively.
March 2017 – Clarendon Business Centers, Cambridge House, Bath
A lease to Clarendon Business Centers completed for the entire South Block offices of 14,000 sq.ft. Clarendon have taken a 10 year lease and will open in July following a comprehensive refurbishment of the plant and floor plates. Clarendon are a well-established service office provider with over 10 business centers across the UK.
February 2017 – Anytime Fitness, Cambridge House, Bath
Following successfully securing change of use, a letting completed to Anytime Fitness for ground floor units 3,4 & 5 totaling 6,000 sq.ft. Anytime Fitness took a 20 year lease (without breaks) and will provide a 24hr Gym service to users and members.
